I recently visited ESW Motorsports  at Brentwood Karting track in Warley to meet ESW's Managing Director, Alby Saunders.

Alby's family has been affected by Type 1 diabetes; his nan, Judith died of the condition in 2023, and his uncle and mother are living with diabetes.

Treatment and management of Type 1 diabetes has come on hugely in recent years, but there is more to be done, so Alby and his family are holding a Race Day at Brentwood Karting Track on Saturday 14th June to raise funds for Diabetes UK.
