Getting men to talk about their mental health and how they are coping with all that life can throw at us has always been something of a difficulty.
However, the Brentwood Men’s Shed hopes to change that but providing a safe space for men to come to talk to someone outside the family, make friends and chat about what’s going on in your life.

NHS Talking Therapies work with Men’s Shed so anyone there who feels they need therapy can be signposted to get some FREE therapy in Brentwood. Or you can self-refer on the website below to get therapy.

Men’s shed can also help signpost you to a variety of help in the area. You can pop along for a cup of tea and a biscuit every Monday 9.30am – 1pm and Friday 1pm to 4pm.
