I was recently contacted by a remarkable student from Becket Keys who has, over the past few months, been alerting me to issues he has experienced with the 81 NIBS bus service from Brentwood to Hutton.
The student wrote extremely compelling letters and asked me to help him arrange a meeting with NIBs buses to discuss the issues he has been experiencing. NIBS offered a meeting which was kindly facilitated by the Becket Keys Head, Mr Scott Evans.
The student had prepared a very comprehensive power point presentation and was impressive in his use of statistics to back up his arguments. The NIBS representatives were very impressed with his ideas and requested his feedback going forward. I am pleased it was a very fruitful meeting for all involved.
