Road Safety in Stapleford Abbotts

Children and parents from Stapleford Abbotts Primary School have been in touch to ask me to support their campaign to make school drop off and picks ups safer. Many of the children do not live within walking distance of this little village school and there is very limited space near the school for parents to park. Even the children who walk to school are hampered by the lack of a good footpath to the school.

It's clear this is an issue which affects the whole school community, and I will continue to work with the school to find a suitable solution and engage the relevant authorities.
