Protecting Historic Ongar - My Call for High Street Weight Restriction Order

I am calling for a Weight Restriction Order to be put in place on Ongar High Street. We need to stop huge HGVs rumbling through the pinch point on the High Street, impacting on the safety of pedestrians and the historic buildings nearby. Having very large lorries cut through the town to avoid traffic elsewhere on the road network is unnecessary and potentially dangerous - I am pushing for change before an accident happens.
