Small businesses in Brentwood who are operating from commercial (not domestic) properties who have suffered a loss of income due to Covid-19 can apply now for the new Discretionary Business Grant Scheme.

Some of the facilities most missed during the current lockdown limitations have been the wide open Spaces of Essex County Council's country parks especially, for us here in the Brentwood and Ongar constituency, Thorndon North, Thorndon South and South Weald. 

Ongar High Street Repairs to Start 12th May

Good news from Essex County Council for all those living in Ongar - Carriageway and footway improvement works are due to restart  on Tuesday 12 May following postponement due to Covid-19 on the A128 High Street/Coopers Hill in the town.
